I love reading all the recipes. I'm new to this site and may have overlooked it but I think it would be great to have a section titled: "Recipes for 1" . Maybe others are more controlled than I in their eating but I am one of those folks who cannot make a recipe that serves 4 and not eat it all myself in one sitting. I
live alone and have some success with my meals for one and can occasionally get creative with a mixture of frozen entrees as well. I'm not a cook by any stretch of the imagination so it would be nice to see tasty recipes that serve 1. I know, someone will think: "Figure it out for yourself. Just cut the recipe in half or fourths or whatever." Sometimes I do but it often turns me off so I return to mostly bland
cooking. Just my .02
