These weak "recipes" may satisfy a cube dweller, they won't do much for an appetite resulting from physical activity. How about some real dinner recipes for two that include beef or pork, and more appealing sides???

I tried this tonight for my husband and he liked it...!! I was pleasantly surprized by the simplicity. I used grape tomatoes, cut in 1/2 as I had those on hand and added some crab claw meat close to the end of the warming time... He enjoyed it so I will make it again... I enjoyed it too... Thanks!!!!!!!!!

It is nice to have recipes just for the two of us-- I want to add more fish to my diet, and don't love it leftover, so these are great ideas.
