Gosh, I so wish someone would convert Beef Burgundy and Beef Stroganoff; two of my family's favourites! All that butter and sour cream, though, and etc. I have a request for the Stroganoff tonight, and I'll do it because I haven't for a while BUT I've tried converting on my own and it tastes... bland?
