Honey and almonds flavor this simple (and gluten-free) cake. It's lovely for afternoon tea or a spring holiday dessert. Be careful not to overbeat the egg whites—they should be white and very foamy, but not at all stiff or able to hold peaks. If you beat them too much, the cake may sink in the middle as it cools.
This salad was inspired by one served during the peak of summer at Claire's Restaurant & Bar in Hardwick. Chef Steven Obranovich of Claire's likes the soft crumbly sheep's-milk feta for this recipe. He cautions that the subtle briny notes of feta can sometimes be overpowered by too much lemon or an olive oil that's too fruity. Saltiness varies from feta to feta too. They're all great recipe. I'll try sometime. Gluten free dishes are all my favorite. have you tried Gluten free noodle? I found a product called Happy Pho and it tastes good. Moreover, it's high fibre and non processed ingredients. I like to make a stir fried or cool salad with it. You should try it. They have bunch of stores in Northern California. I got mine from Amazon.

I haven't gone through the desserts yet (sorry, the pages load so slowly) but this time of year, a pie-crust recipe might be welcomed by a lot of people.
And stuffing alternatives are good, too. My favorite is garlic mashed potatoes. Mmmm!

For quiche, leftover grits or mashed potatoes (probably quinoa, too) plus a little beaten egg can make a quick, gluten-free crust. And no rolling!

If you're missing pasta and don't like the idea of the gluten free pastas out there with tons of added sugar, a great thing to do is replace the pasta with veggies.
Thin sliced eggplant makes a great lasagna substitute.
Zucchini and spaghetti squash make great noodles.
Chopped butternut squash is wonderful instead of elbow macaroni for mac and cheese.
