Orange zest, caraway and cumin add an unexpected Moroccan twist to this quick olive marinade.

Zesty Orange Marinated Olives

  • 2 teaspoons crushed cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 3 strips orange zest
  • 1/2 cup orange, juice
  • 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 cups oil-cured olives


  1. Combine cumin, caraway, crushed red pepper, orange zest and juice and oil. Toss with olives.
