This garlicky yogurt sauce makes a nice topping for baked potatoes or lamb burgers.
- 1 small clove garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
- Mash garlic and salt into a paste with the side of a chef’s knife. Transfer to a small bowl and stir in yogurt and oil. Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes to let flavors develop.
