Yogurt-Dill Remoulade

We replace mayonnaise with cool, tangy low-fat yogurt in this classic French sauce, flecked with fresh dill, capers and red onion. An excellent accompaniment to shellfish or cold meats.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons minced red onion
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped capers
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

Preparation

  1. Place yogurt in a small bowl and stir in garlic, onion, capers, lemon juice and dill.
