Here's an East-meets-West stir-fry that will soon become a family favorite. Serve it over rice with a simple salad of arugula and orange sections dressed in a light vinaigrette.

My husband loves this dish so much that he requests it at least twice a week! I add a touch of hoisin sauce, maybe some Rooster sauce if I'm feeling spicy. I always add chopped bok choy or kale as well. Served over brown rice, this one is a family favorite.

Needs a little more flavor, but it was a great gluten free meal. Next time I'll add garlic and more spice.

I made this on a night where I needed something quick & easy. It was that and in addition I must add very tasty. My husband and daughter both devoured it. It's going in my go-to cookbook and will be served again soon.

I cooked it tonight. My husband and I liked it. I served it with rice. It was very easy and quick to make!
