Easy to make and everyone in the house loved them. The blueberries are a treat throughout.

These were a staff favorite during the development process. The whole blueberries in these pops have the look of watermelon seeds.

This recipe turned out very well: my daughter said she likes them alot better than those (less healthy) frozen store popsicles. I didn't add any sugar to the recipe as I felt the watermelon would offer enough and I had hoped we wouldn't miss it. I was right, and am so happy to be able to not only offer my kids a delicious way to cool down in the summer but also a better way to incorporate healthy fruits into our diets.
My husband and I were looking for healthy treats for when our grandchildren visit later this summer. We made these and got hooked. Finished the first 10 and will make more today. It satisfies our after dinner sweet tooth cools us down AND are healthy. Great watermelon flavor!
We did substitute agave syrup for the sugar and it worked fine. Highly recommend. Will try some of the other popsicle recipes soon.
