This warm pudding has a marvelous deep chocolaty flavor, but it's low in fat and super-quick to make. Don't skimp on the quality of cocoa with this one—treat yourself to the good stuff.

"Great pudding as is, but horrible with Splenda. It has a nasty aftertaste. "

I made this last week and substituted liquid egg substitute for the egg and used 1/3 cup Splenda brown sugar blend; used a really great-quality cocoa, 1/4 cup espresso and 1 fl. oz of coffee liquor...this pudding was FRIGGIN' AMAZING!! I have never, ever made chocolate pudding before and my mother always made the instant time I had it at a restaurant and the flavor was amazing. THIS recipe, however, was the GREATEST my family & I have ever had! It was easy to make and a healthier, incredibly delicious version! Will be making this many more times!!! VERY chocolate-y!!

Tasty alternative to an unhealthy dish!
Hit the chocolate spot!

This was so delicious! Warm and chocolatey- just what I was craving! I did have my mom help me make it and that made it a lot easier. I used the Hershey's Special Dark cocoa because that's what we had on hand. It was very rich and just what I was expecting!

Chocolate! Warm! Chocolate!
Quick, easy, but sweet

I love this recipe. It's simple and I had all of the ingredients on hand. I substituted unsweetened almond milk for the milk. I also used 1/3 C less sugar and it was VERY sweet. Will make again and halve the sugar.

Quick, easy, tasty
Chocolate Lovers Beware

Easy but doesn't taste like it! So smooth and decadent and don't take any time to whip up. I subsituted some of the milk for soya and used about just under 1/2c of sugar.

Fast, Easy, No Fancy Ingredients Needed
I do not recommend.

I have made healthier and less complicated chocolate pudding before. This was very disappointing. I had to add more cornstarch because it wouldn't thicken. By the end of it all, it tasted like chemicals. I'll stick with my recipe.
