This assertive panzanella has the most flavor when made with mature arugula, but baby arugula also works well. Serve with grilled steak or turkey sausage.

I prepared this dish to accompany leftover italian meatloaf and it tasted great !
And ... it's so easy to prepare.
I don't think they are meant
I don't think they are meant to be crutons or the recipe would call for toasted, dried bread cubes. These are meant to absorb the dressing and become part of the salad.
