What kind of orange juice should i use? freshly squeezed or are juices like tropicana ok?

Fruity and Delicious

This smoothie is very delicious. I enjoyed making it, besides the blender sound. The only bad.thing for me was the overwhelming banana taste. You cam barely taste the strawberries.

We made this for breakfast today, and we loved it. We doubled the recipe to make enough for four people, and we had plenty! We used orange juice, frozen blueberries, fresh blackberries, two fresh bananas, non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt, and two small packets of Stevia.

Easy to whi up, fun for the kids to help with, kids thought it was delicious

I have made this recipe quite a few times,except I don't add sugar. If I do,I add honey,but I don't think it needs any sweetener,it is sweet enough. This morning I used 1 cup orange juice,1 cup mixed berries,1/2 cup mango yogurt,and 1 banana. It is so easy to blend,and it makes enough so I can have some tomorrow.

its a smoothie not a shake!!!!!

Oh so delicious!

I thought this was sooo good! I used vanilla flavored Activia yogurt and one packet of Splenda and kept all the rest of the ingredients the same. However, next time I will leave out the Splenda. It doesn't need it at all. I felt energized and very full after one serving! What a great way to start my day.
