Vietnamese-Flavored Broccoli Rabe

Weird flavor, didn't like it. It went down the garbage disposal.
I did not blanch the vegetable. I stir fried it with the garlic for 3 minutes, added 2 Tbsp water, covered x 2 minutes and then added the mixture of lime, sugar, fish sauce (I substituted 2 minced anchovies), and red pepper (I substituted 1 Tbsp Szechuan sauce). It was delicious and attractive on the plate
