This is delicious - definitely going to make it again. I like the idea of using chopped jalapenos. We'll try that next time
We've made this a couple of times now and I really enjoy it! It's also good for leftovers the next day as well.
This was a great weeknight meal - the preparation was quick, the salsa topping was a nice way to freshen up jarred salsa, and adults and kids all liked it. Definitely worth repeating!
