My husband typically does the majority of the cooking, but this is one recipe of mine that he loves (we both do!) We always enjoy it, and make sure to make extras for lunch the next day. I never enjoyed swiss cheese before making this recipe (but note that you should use a good one, such as Boar's Head b/c it does make a significant difference with low-fat cheeses). Also, I use sliced baby bellas for the 'shrooms and like to mash the capers a bit when making the dressing to make the flavor of them stand out more.
