Vegetable Cream Cheese Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces light cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped scallions
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped carrots
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped daikon radish
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients in a small bowl.

Per tablespoon: 30 calories; 2 g fat ( 1 g sat , 1 g mono ); 7 mg cholesterol; 2 g carbohydrates; 1 g protein; 1 g fiber; 56 mg sodium; 10 mg potassium.
