This was wonderful! It was fast, easy, filling and low in calories for as tasty as it was. I used my Foreman grill rather than the can idea and it came out perfect. I will definitely be making this again. Thanks!

A creamy spread full of Parmesan and fresh basil cozies up to turkey and summer-ripe tomato slices for a savory hot sandwich that will quickly become a go-to mealtime solution.

This was great!!! I'll make it again, but I think I'll add more basil for a fresher taste.

Yummy!!!! This was delish! My boyfriend loved it too. I substituted sauted red bell peppers for the tomato (I don't like tomatoes) and it turned out great. I highly recommend this one.

i added garlic powder to the mayo mixture. next time, i want to add some mozzarella cheese and a thin slice of onion to the sandwich. i used a cast iron pan as the weight. it was plenty heavy enough by itself.
