Turkey-Mushroom Burgers

Ground turkey is the standard lean alternative to ground beef--and a good one--but burgers made from it can be dry and bland. These turkey burgers are particularly moist and flavorful because mushrooms are used to extend the ground meat.

My husband is not the type to eat ground turkey, but these were so moist and full of flavor he ate two! I served with grilled sweet potato slabs.

Was in a hurry and forgot to saute the mushrooms... Made these in a fry pan as no grill was available. I was thinking this would make a tasty meatloaf.

This was very good. Even my healthy-food-hating boyfriend thought it was great! Easy to make, too. Definitely a keeper! I made the burger only, not the mayo.
