I made these burgers this week. This was my first attempt at a turkey burger- and I admit this version was MOIST. But it still lacked flavor to me..... The mayo was overpowered by lemon. I ended up using a mustard on the burger and added some sauted onions/mushrooms/ bellpepper to give flavor. Overall, it got "worth a repeat" from my guests but I was disappointed. Not bad... just not great.

I used a quarter cup bread crumbs instead of the torn bread slices. I left off the mayonnaise but added a small piece of havarti dill cheese a minute before it was done cooking.
