This was delicious and fairly simple to make. I forgot about the the lime juice so it may have even been better, also added a hand full of spinach just before it was done. Will make again. Stacey, Pa

Here's a version of chicken tortilla soup that's both super-easy and delicious. To make it even quicker, use crumbled baked tortilla chips in place of the homemade tortilla strips and skip Steps 1-2. Serve with vinegary coleslaw, lime wedges and hot sauce.

I absolutely loved this recipe. Made it for a group if friends and
everyone went crazy for it. I added black beans, used only 2 peppers and a little more lime juice. I'll definetly make it again.
This recipe is awesome and easy! I did change a couple things though. I also used white meat - tenders, to be exact, and I used canned Fire Roasted tomatoes, instead of the ones with green chilis. I used only one can of chicken broth, 1 large onion (not med.), 1 poblano (from my garden), 1 can undrained black beans, and used white cheddar. Soooo gooood!
I have made this soup several times now. I pretty much make it according to the recipe, and we always love it. Great fast, super tasty recipe!
