Tortellini Primavera

March/April 2010

This creamy tortellini and vegetable pasta is a real crowd pleaser. To make it even quicker, use frozen chopped vegetables instead of fresh. Serve with: A green salad and whole-grain baguette.

"It looks tasty but it's not meatless, as the link I followed suggests, unless you switch out the broth. "

Great, Simple Recipe!

This is a wonderful way to make tortellini. I used a nice frozen veggie mix and only cooked for a few mins to ensure they remained crunchy. I used parmesan cheese and I think all the flavors blended very well. This is a very tasty meal that is not time-consuming!

Surprisingly good

I had the calories in my budget and the ingredients on hand but I wasn't expecting much from this recipe. I am not a big fan of cheese tortellini or taragon. I followed the recipe without substitutions and it was very good. Next time I will used fresh brocolli and mushrooms instead of the frozen stir fry mix I used for this batch.

Delicious sauce

Easy, fun, and YUMMY

This was a very easy and fun to make recipe. The vegetables added a little flavor. All of my kids LOVED it! I suggest that when your make this you try different vegetables. Sometimes the broccoli is a pain i would suggest instead using Snap Peas. They add a different flavor to the whole thing. This recipe was BY FAR amazing!!

Delicious

I have made this twice now and we love it. The first time it was a little bland, so the second time I added about 1/4 cup of chopped onion with the garlic, and used only parmesan cheese in the sauce. This upped the flavor quite a bit.

Easy, delicious, lots of vegetables
