This creamy tortellini and vegetable pasta is a real crowd pleaser. To make it even quicker, use frozen chopped vegetables instead of fresh. Serve with: A green salad and whole-grain baguette.

"It looks tasty but it's not meatless, as the link I followed suggests, unless you switch out the broth. "

Tastes good, but was not creamy

This was very easy to make, but adding the parmesan cheese to the warm sauce make it clump. If i make it again i will sprinkle the cheese on top. Also the recipe name says creamy, but it was not at all creamy!

I made it with paremsan (b/c

I made it with paremsan (b/c that's what the grocery store had) and I don't know what I was thinking. There's no way parmesan (very hard cheese) would be an acceptable substitute for fontina (smooth melty cheese).

I haven't made it with

I haven't made it with Parmesan, but it's definitely creamy when you use Fontina. I can see how Parm wouldn't create the same kind of cream sauce as Fontina does.

I just tried this recipe tonight and was a little worried at first being something new and different from what I'm used to cooking. But I was very pleasantly surprised! It was very easy to prepare and I actually had a lot of fun doing it. When it came time to eat, I was amazed at how good it was! This will definitely be added to my regular meal rotation, it's a new favorite. Absolutely phenomenal!

Very easy to prepare

This was tasty! I loved the sauce! Quick, easy, and tasty vegetarian meal. Will make this again!

This is not vegetarian, unless you substitute the chicken broth for vegetable.

It is not vegetarian because

It is not vegetarian because of the chicken broth. If you changed it to vegetable broth it would be.

added this to our regular dinner rotation. very good.

I did this recipe as described up to the part where I realized I didn't have enough asiago for the cheese sauce. So I improvised by using shredded fresh mozzarella (75%), asiago cheese (12.5%), and parmesan cheese powder (12.5%). It came out just fine but am unsure the nutritional value.
