This creamy tortellini and vegetable pasta is a real crowd pleaser. To make it even quicker, use frozen chopped vegetables instead of fresh. Serve with: A green salad and whole-grain baguette.

A decent healthy go-to dish

I wasn't wowed by this dish, but I think it's a good recipe because it's healthy and you can keep all the ingredients on hand for when you aren't sure what to make for dinner.

I didn't even attempt making this because of the whopping 15 grams of fat per serving. Be careful

general rule of thumb is 100

general rule of thumb is 100 calories to 3 grams fat. this is 424 calories per serving. 4 x 3 = 12. so this 15 isnt bad. it is real close.

15 grams of fat for a pasta meal? Not bad at all...& all those veggies are so good for you!

We make this at least twice a month

my two children are always happy when they hear that this is on the menu. I try to always keep the ingredients on hand for a go-to meal. I substitute gruyere since I cannot find fontina, and use fresh broccoli, carrots and grape tomatoes
