Tofu-Fruit Breakfast Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup silken tofu
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries, or peaches
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • Sugar or honey to taste

Preparation

  1. Place tofu, berries (or peaches), orange juice and sugar (or honey) to taste in a blender and blend until smooth.
