Even though this healthy breakfast burrito comes together in just 5 minutes, you can make this burrito even faster by skipping the skillet and combining the tofu, salsa, salt and pepper in a bowl and microwaving until hot, about 1 minute. Use soy cheese to make it a vegan burrito.

I tried this out today. What I did was add the olive oil then the tofu. It took a while for it to get brown. Then I decided to add a few veggies, and finally the salsa, pepper, and salt. Overall, the tofu had a bit of flavor due to the salsa. If you are use to lots of flavor then this is not for you or you need to add a bit more salsa, salt, and pepper to your liking. Taste as you go!

My first time to eat Tofu

On the Lose It website, so many talk about eating Tofu. I bought some yesterday and came to Eating Well to see how to use it. Tofu sounded horrible to me, but it was so delicious. The texture was good and the salsa gave it just enough seasoning.
