1 cup frozen mixed berries, 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup apple juice, 1/4 cup silken tofu. Omit the apple juice & tofu... Instead add 1 Cup Soy milk-vanilla, add 2 scoops of Herbalife Formula 1 French Vanilla Nutritional Meal Replacement
Protein Formula 1-9 grams
Protein in Soy milk-7 grams

Try 1/2 scoop each of soy and whey protein instead of, or in addition to, tofu. I also use 1/2 cup each water and pomegranate juice. Result is much higher protein count and benefits of pomegranate.

Yummy, but for 288 calories it should have much more protein to make it worth the caloric intake! And there's not that much fiber either--so nutritionally I'd call it a bust.
