Fresh herbs and tangy lime juice combine in this delightful Asian dipping sauce.

Thai Herb Dipping Sauce

  • 1/4 cup rice-wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh mint
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh basil
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper


  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
