Serve this Thai twist on pizza as is or with optional toppings, such as thinly sliced basil, cilantro, chopped peanuts and/or crushed red pepper on the side.

"I looked at the ingredients and I can't workout what makes it taste 'Thai'? Maybe ginger but then its ginger chicken. If it had Thai holy or sweet basil, lemon grass or coriander it might taste more Thai. "

This dish was fantastically delicious!! It tasted like I could have ordered it from a restaurant! This is a must make dish, and super easy and quick!

This was too weird of a concept for my husband to enjoy, but my sister and I loved it! It baked up beautiful and was very tasty!

My husband and I tried this recipe tonight and it was so easy and so delicious. This will become a weekly favorite. We could not believe how quick this was to make, especially if you have your chicken pre-cooked. We used the Trader Joe's whole wheat pizza dough and it turned out perfect!!!
