Yum!

I just made this today - Hubby and I cannot get over how tasty it was! I made it with minced turkey and used black beans instead of kidney beans. Everything else was as per recipe. I love finding tasty turkey recipes. This recipe is a keeper - I shall definitely make this again before the month is out.

Yum!

I modified this a little to what I had in my fridge. I used ground turkey, black beans instead of kidney, and added a jalapeno (with seeds), and sprinkley a little queso fresco on the top.

Excellent, healthy light but filling dinner

I doubled the recipe and made it for my family. It was excellent! Everyone loved it. I am a beginner and found this recipe very manageable.

Tasty

This recipe was easy and tasty, but is about 400 calories when I added up everything at home for my husband and I. Next time I'll leave out the cheese, b/c for that small amount it wasn't necessary and adds 110 extra calories. Will make again.
