Tarragon Mayonnaise

  • 3 tablespoons nonfat plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped shallot
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh tarragon, or 1 teaspoon dried
  • 3/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste


  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl until blended.
