Tangy Green Goddess Dressing Recipe

1 3/4 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1 1/2 cups fat-free buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup fresh chopped herbs, (such as tarragon, sorrel, mint, parsley and/or cilantro)
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  1. Place avocado, buttermilk, herbs, vinegar and salt in a blender and puree until smooth.

Per 2-tablespoon serving: 15 calories; 1 g fat (0 g sat, 1 g mono); 0 mg cholesterol; 1 g carbohydrates; 1 g protein; 0 g fiber; 54 mg sodium; 35 mg potassium.
