Very easy to put together. I used 1 tsp. of honey instead of a tbsp. of sugar because I am trying to cut my sugar intake down. But, it still tastes great. Used frozen ginger and garlic cubes from Trader Joe's to really cut down the prep/mess. A little goes a long way. Dressing is on the thin side.
