Try this sweet and sour dressing on a salad of bitter greens, diced apples and chunks of Cheddar cheese.


Sweet & Sour Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • 3 tablespoons red-wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 teaspoons canola oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • Freshly ground pepper, to taste

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl or jar. Whisk or shake until blended.
