  • 12 ounces frozen unsweetened strawberries, thawed for 30 minutes
  • 2 tablespoons sugar, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Try this recipe with:


  1. Puree strawberries, sugar and lemon juice in a blender. Pass puree through a fine sieve set over a bowl.
