A little lemon juice adds zest to this easy strawberry sauce.
- 12 ounces frozen unsweetened strawberries, thawed for 30 minutes
- 2 tablespoons sugar, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Puree strawberries, sugar and lemon juice in a blender. Pass puree through a fine sieve set over a bowl.
