Serve this spirited strawberry sauce over Mango-Lime Sorbet or fresh fruit.

Strawberry Margarita Sauce

  • 12 ounces frozen unsweetened strawberries, thawed, or 4 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1/4 cup lime juice, or more to taste
  • 2 tablespoons tequila
  • 1 tablespoon Triple Sec, or other orange liqueur


  1. Combine strawberries, sugar, lime juice, tequila and liqueur in a blender. Blend on medium speed until smooth. Add more lime juice if desired.
