Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup strawberries,hulled
  • 1-2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2/3 cup low-fat milk
  • 5 ice cubes

Preparation

  1. Whirl together strawberries, sugar to taste, milk and ice cubes in a blender until frothy.
