This refreshing, healthy strawberry-cucumber juice is also made with an apple and carrots, making it taste like the farmers’ market in a glass. No juicer? No problem. See the juicing variation below to make this strawberry-cucumber juice recipe in a blender.

Used a Vitamix and was hoping to not have to strain the juice, but it was way too thick. Wound up straining and used a fine-mesh sieve, which worked, but was too time consuming. The juice that resulted from the sieve was very nice, but needed to be chilled for better flavor and enjoyment. Mild flavors but will make again using a juicer instead of the Vitamix. I just hate having to throw away all the pulp. Seems like such a waste.
My roommates and I are beginner juicers and we all agreed that this recipe is a keeper! Unless you have a vitamix blender, you have to do the carrots separately or chop them up really well before putting them in however.
This is a great way for my picky 18 month old son to get some veggies in. I add a cup of kale to boost the nutrients but otherwise I use the same ingredients as listed. Also, I have a Vitamix blender (total beast) so I just cut the produce into large chunks and throw the whole fruit and veggies in. I don't even bother with peeling the cucumber. It's healthier this way because you aren't losing all the fiber you would with a juicer.
