In this deconstructed version of hot spinach-artichoke dip, we stuff artichoke hearts with lightly seasoned cooked spinach and melt brie on top.

READER'S COMMENT:
"This was the most bland thing I have eaten in awhile. I would suggest using jarred marinated artichoke hearts, a stronger cheese, and garlic and black pepper in the spinach mixture. "

I used marinated artichoke hearts which helped the bland flavor that some have mentioned and seasoned the spinach according to the recipe. I thought they were geat and have used them several times for guests.

To maintain the low calorie status while pumping up the flavor, add roasted garlic minced, lemon zest and minced parsley to the spinach.

Low calorie, attractive presentation

Needs Seasoning

I added Garlic Salt and Onion Flakes and everyone liked. Next time maybe some balsamic glaze.
