This was a great recipe! We did not have tortillas so I made them on hamburger buns. I spread the guacamole on the bottom half of the bun and added a thin slice of pepper jack on top of the burger. Delicious!
Southwestern Beef & Bean Burger Wraps
From EatingWell: January/February 2007
Kids and adults alike will love these quick, zippy burgers. The beans make the burgers a little fragile, so be careful when taking them off the broiler pan. Make it a meal: Serve a green salad and frozen mango slices for dessert.

One of my new favorite meals!! These are soooooo incredibly good!! Pretty easy to made and loved by my family. This gets made pretty close to once a week around here. I don't put in jalapenos because I don't like spicy and they are so good. Two thumbs up :-)
Panfrying rather than broiling may help keep the burger from falling apart; otherwise, very flavorful, I'd definitely make these again!
I just finished eating one of these that i made, and wow, they are so simple yet great fresh taste though out. Allllthoughhh they may not be picture perfect like in the pic you see here A little more tweeking and they should be so. Thanks for the tip!
