Skillet Gnocchi with Chard & White Beans

In this one-skillet supper, we toss dark leafy greens, diced tomatoes and white beans with gnocchi and top it all with gooey mozzarella. Serve with a mixed green salad with vinaigrette.

I just made this for my husband and I. Delicious. It needs a little salt, but besides that, the recipe is wonderful. I have to admit... it's more like 3 servings than 6.... maybe 4.

My husband and I absolutely LOVE this recipe. It's super easy and delicious! I make it almost exactly as the recipe except I substitute baby spinach for the chard. YUM!
