Skillet Gnocchi with Chard & White Beans

In this one-skillet supper, we toss dark leafy greens, diced tomatoes and white beans with gnocchi and top it all with gooey mozzarella. Serve with a mixed green salad with vinaigrette.

I've made this with both spinach andchard..and each is equally delicious. My kids even likedthis..which surprised me!

This is a regular at my house--it's wonderful. I use baby spinach, and if I have them, chopped up roasted red peppers. This is a keeper! --CAH

Have made this three times and love it. I use baby spinach because it's what I have on hand. Very good meal. Easy, too.

perfect..always have gnocchi on hand and white beans and the garden was overflowing with chard..comfort food
