READER'S COMMENT:
"Skillet Gnocchi is now one of my favorite go-to meals. Easy and delicious. I do usually use spinach, as opposed to chard (my husband dislikes it). It's great either way. "

Fool Proof!!!

I am 17 and I managed to make this all by myself, for my family. Best part is that they had NO IDEA it was healthy. My dad said "I'm glad you didn't try to make me your healthy s**t".... ohhhhh if only he knew... but this recipe is going to stay my little secret ;)

This is super quick and tastes wonderful. You will hardly even know it's healthy. I boiled the gnocchi prior to adding it. I will definitely make this again. My husband loved it too.

Good Ol' Comfort Food

Skillet Gnocchi is a new family favorite - so easy and delicious! I make it with spinach, the first time I made it my son saw this huge pile of spinach going into the pan so he took a picture, snuck in to show my husband, where they then commisserated about the terrible dinner they were going to get. Much to their surprise - they loved it!!

Great meatless meal, I added red peppers to mine and used parm cheese only. I will add this one to my favorites
