My family absolutely loves this recipe. We have made it several times. My our year old asked for "seconds".

In this one-skillet supper, we toss dark leafy greens, diced tomatoes and white beans with gnocchi and top it all with gooey mozzarella. Serve with a mixed green salad with vinaigrette.

I found this recipe in my email box on the same day I came home with a huge bunch of kale from the farmer's market - so I used that. Delicious! For faster preparation, I will use already washed baby spinach, but the dish was delicious with kale.
I've made this with both spinach andchard..and each is equally delicious. My kids even likedthis..which surprised me!
This is a regular at my house--it's wonderful. I use baby spinach, and if I have them, chopped up roasted red peppers. This is a keeper! --CAH
