This recipe sped to our top ten favorite meatless meals when it first hit our lips! I seasoned the gnocchi with salt and pepper as it was browning- and added garlic powder at the last minute before pulling it off the stove.
On the second make- I waited to add the gnocchi during the plating process because we loved the crispiness rather than soaking during cooking. Like many others, I used chopped frozen spinach instead of chard with yummy results.
I garnished it with thinly sliced green onions and set out red pepper flakes to spice it up.
