In this one-skillet supper, we toss dark leafy greens, diced tomatoes and white beans with gnocchi and top it all with gooey mozzarella. Serve with a mixed green salad with vinaigrette.

Great quick recipe that largely contains kitchen staples. We added salt and additional pepper, and then wolfed it down. It was hearty, tasty, and very satisfying. For us it served four rather than six, something we find true of most Eating Well recipes.

This was very good. Great flavor. I had to buy frozen gnocchi so I followed the instructions on bag (to boil)and then added to the skillet. I was worried the portion wasn't enough but it filled me up.
