I added asparagus, omitted the mozzarella cheese and added a little extra Parmesan, it was delicious. I've made it the normal way too, but I really liked it with asparagus this time!

Just finished eating this dish. Chewy, gooey and delicious. The full-bodied white and a little extra Moz. 'kicked it up a notch'. I personally liked the amount of beans recommended. I'll be making this again.
Delicious! Only change I made was using fresh diced cherry tomatoes and adding Italian seasoning. It wasn't too time-consuming, and I had no problems cooking the gnocchi as directed. Will make again and again!
This is one of the best recipes I found on the website! The flavors are wonderful, and it's still just as good the next day. The only change I would make is adding a few less beans. I think 3/4 of the can would be plenty.
This is one of my very favorites - I make it heartier by adding sweet Italian turkey sausage, which I fry up (no oil needed) before I cook the gnocchi. So good, fairly easy, and a one-pot (well, pan) meal!
