The gnocchi cooks right in the skillet, along with shrimp, shallots, asparagus and Parmesan cheese, in this gnocchi recipe. Look for shelf-stable gnocchi near other pasta. Serve with baby arugula salad with vinaigrette and a glass of pinot grigio.

This recipe was delicious! I made a few modifications - I made my own gnocchi and after boiling them, I sautéed them with butter and olive oil before adding the shallots and asparagus. I didn't have chicken broth on hand , so I subbed 1/2 cup of water and 1/4 cup of white wine. Sooo good!

Very good and super easy. I made a couple of changes to the recipe. First, I cooked the Gnocchi in water in a separate pan and I also add a couple of splashes of Sauvignon Blanc to the asparagus while it was cooking.

Love this recipe so much I have shared it with many of my family & friends. SUPER simple and SUPER delish! I didn't change a thing!

Simple quick dish to prepare.
surprisingly delicious!

My daughter loves shrimp, so I suspected she'd like this recipe. I put in a little less asparagus than called for -I never made asparagus before, and honestly, I didn't know if the kids would like it. To my amazement, they loved it! This dish is definitely 5 stars in my book! We used a fresh lemon to squeeze the lemon juice needed, and it was just wonderful. I will definitely make this meal again!

I was afraid my kids would not like the asparagus - but they loved it!
Tasty low ingredient dish

Halved the recipe for just me and my husband and still had a portion for lunch the next day. The sweetness of the scallions and the lemon freshness make this dish taste really fresh.
