I really like this shrimp recipe on rice. Sometimes I brown the rice before cooking it to give it a little more flavor. You can also grill the marinated shrimp rather than cook in a skillet.

This is the best shrimp ever. I am amazed. It sounded so simple, so I expected it to be kind of boring. It wasn't. I am amazed. I want to buy a 5000000lb bag of shrimp and eat this for the rest of my life lol. I didn't have lime juice, used tamarind juice instead.
This was the best shrimp I've ever ate--we put it over angel hair pasta-fabulous! I'm trying rice next time. Thanks for a great recipe!
I added rice and water after it was already cooking. Once the rice was done, I added the rest of the ingredients. It was very good and filling.
This was a very quick and flavorful recipe. The lime juice melded with the cilantro and garlic beautifully. I cut the recipe in half since there were only 3 of us. I can see this dish served cold as well. I will be making it again - no fear!
