Makes: 3 servings, about 2/3 cup each

Ingredients

  • 2 cups baby carrots
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • Pinch of dried thyme
  • Pinch of kosher salt

Preparation

  1. Toss carrots with sesame seeds, thyme and kosher salt in a small bowl.
